About Location Link
Flats and lofts on the City fringe, let by the night or the month, and run by their owner.
What you get
Every flat is an entire place: your own front door, kitchen, living room and bathrooms, nobody else’s stuff in the cupboards. Most of the two-beds have two bathrooms. All of them have fast wifi, a proper kitchen with a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, a TV with Netflix, and bed linen and towels provided.
Check-in is self-service from 3pm with a lockbox, so a late train or a delayed flight doesn’t matter. Check-out is by 11am. Cleaning during a longer stay can be arranged.
Where the flats are
Nine of them sit within a fifteen-minute walk of Liverpool Street, spread between Spitalfields, Shoreditch and the streets around the station itself. Old Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane and Shoreditch High Street are all on foot. The tenth is a sunny one-bed in Wapping, by the river, with the Shard and the City in the window.
How it’s run
The flats are looked after by their owner, not an agency. The house rules are short: no parties, no smoking, quiet hours, and leave it as you found it. If something goes wrong during a stay, you message the owner and it gets sorted, or you’re told plainly when it will be.
The reviews on the Airbnb profile, where the flats are listed under the name Urban Atelier, are the best guide to what staying here is like. Cleanliness, accuracy, check-in and location all score 4.9 across the most-reviewed flats.
